Viaboo is the online marketplace for worldwide Road Trips and Scenic Drives. Fully registered Tour Companies can join Viaboo and promote their company and trips to 20 million potential clients per year.

Who can apply for a Viaboo account?

We only accept companies that:

• Are fully registered and have the required licenses to operate a tourism business according to the laws of the country (or countries) where they are incorporated.
• Offer private tours for minimum 1 Pax.
• You are providing local offices in the country whichfor trips you offer.
• You have a specialized department that has multiple employees who deal with custumers requests.
• Can offer tours to clients from all countries. We don't accept tour operators who can only offer tours to clients from a specific country or selection of countries.

You can apply by emailing us the information below:

• First and last name company owner
• A digital scan of owner's ID (Identity Document)
• Mobile / cell phone number from owner (needed for verification)
• Official company name
• Company's website address (website must be in English or, at least, have an English section)
• Company's postal address or P.O. Box address)
• Company's office address
• General corporate email address (usually info@yourcompanyororganization.com)
• An alternative email address (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc)
• A digital scan or photo (JPEG or PDF) of the business registration papers
• A digital scan or photo (JPEG or PDF) of the tour operator licence
• A digital scan or photo (JPEG or PDF) of the tax authority registration papers
